I’m Reynaldo Alonso Meza Medina, Founder, CEO & Director of Better Solar & Roofing Solutions “Bringing Integrity Back Into The Solar Industry!”, Founder of MXVCC International Recruitment Team &
Owner of MX Virtual Call Center Services International.
I started as an agent, learned the ropes, and quickly rose into leadership—gaining recognition across campaigns and discovering what it truly takes to build high-performing teams. Those early experiences shaped my philosophy: lead with integrity, loyalty, and respect, and always treat people the way you’d want to be treated.
I created MX Virtual Call Center Services to deliver people-first outsourcing solutions for U.S. companies while building a loyal, motivated workforce here in Mexico. Alongside MX, I founded The Wolf of Ensenada Telecommunication Academy, where we train agents to succeed in sales—and give second chances to those reentering the workforce or seeking a fresh start.
I’m also leading a U.S. immigration campaign, connecting undocumented individuals with U.S. immigration law firms, helping them access the guidance and resources they need.
