This Consulting team was born from the frustration of seeing too many good people — both homeowners and appointment setters — taken advantage of by so-called “reputable” solar companies.
After years of experience directing call centers in Tijuana and recently joining the solar industry, Founder Reynaldo A. Meza MX Citizen and Co-Founder Martha Andrade US Citizen witnessed the same painful pattern repeat itself: hardworking agents spending weeks or even months generating quality solar consultations, only to be left unpaid when companies suddenly disappeared.
That experience made us ask — if companies can treat their own people this way, what can homeowners expect?
Determined to make a difference, we consulted with Gildardo Arreola, a trusted expert with over a decade of experience in the solar field. He helped us understand how many companies truly operate — and what to look for before doing business with them.
